Position Overview

PatientPartners is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our growing team on a part-time, fully remote basis (approximately 20 hours per week).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, high-converting websites and landing pages for healthcare businesses. You’ll primarily work in WordPress, helping create and optimize websites for physiotherapy clinics across North America.

Bonus points if you also have experience with platforms like Squarespace or Webflow.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong design instincts with an understanding of user experience, conversion-focused design, and modern web best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive WordPress websites and landing pages
• Customize themes and page builders (Kadence, Elementor, Divi)
• Update and maintain existing client websites
• Ensure websites are optimized for mobile, speed, SEO, and conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign landing pages and website strategy
• Implement basic on-page SEO best practices
• Troubleshoot layout, plugin, and styling issues
• Maintain brand consistency across client websites
• Support ongoing website optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience working with WordPress
• Proficiency with modern web design principles and UX/UI best practices
• Experience with responsive/mobile-first design
• Familiarity with page builders such as Kadence, Elementor, Divi, or similar
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

• Experience with Squarespace
• Experience with Webflow
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
• Experience designing websites for healthcare or service-based businesses
• Familiarity with conversion-focused landing pages
