Role Overview
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of key client marketing efforts—driving measurable results through SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, and more. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every clinic we support grows sustainably and ranks locally.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Execution
- Optimize high-impact client web pages
- Build and manage monthly content calendars (blogs, landing pages, etc.)
- Identify and secure high-quality backlinks
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (using SE Ranking or similar)
2. Google Ads Management
- Launch and manage ad campaigns following our agency’s best practices
- Ensure conversion tracking is implemented and accurate
- Optimize campaigns monthly
3. Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization
- Audit and enhance client listings with optimized descriptions and updates
- Support clients in generating consistent, positive reviews
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to support local visibility
4. Website Management
- Handle client website updates via Asana (copy edits, blog posts, new pages)
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution
- Perform routine checks to ensure SEO and UX best practices
5. Multi-Channel Marketing Support
- Support marketing initiatives across email, social, landing pages, and more
- Align messaging and brand tone across platforms
- Contribute to copywriting and creative ideation for campaigns
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Have 3+ years of marketing experience
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, including local SEO and content strategy.
- Strong experience with Google Ads campaign creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with Squarespace and WordPress for website updates.
- Experience using tools like SE Ranking, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
- Working knowledge of Asana or similar project management software.
- Are highly proactive, reliable, and detail-focused
- (Bonus) Have experience in healthcare or physiotherapy marketing

Expectations
This is a 40 hours per week 5-days a week contract. Ideally we will want someone available anywhere between the hours of 8am-6pm PST.
